Terms & Conditions

  1. Not Allowed To Host:

    - Posting any material that violates the rules of any country, federal, state, or local laws;
    - Websites dedicated to discussing hacking activities or distributing tools for hacking, phishing, brute force, and other similar tools;
    - Using the INFINITUO network to access any device, system, service, or network without the owner's consent;
    - Infringement of any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right of any party;
    - Mining Scripts and Cryptocurrency Mining Activities. This includes, but is not limited to, individual, collective (pools), or cloud mining of any digital currency;
    - Collecting or using any amount of email addresses, screen names, or other personal identifiers without the consent of the data owners;
    - Impersonating another person or organization, regardless of the means and purposes;
    - Sending spam and mail bombs;
    - Spamdexing (also known as search engine optimization for black hat purposes);
    - Hosting of proxies or programs related to traffic relay;
    - Hosting programs related to BitTorrent, Vwarez, etc.;
    - Proclaiming or supporting the idea of hatred of a particular social, ethnic, religious or other group;
    - Hosting, advertising, or transmitting Trojans, worms, Ransomware, Spyware, Adware, Scareware, or any other malicious software or program;
    - Advertising money-making schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), cryptocurrency giveaways, or other similar activities and events;
    - Posting, advertising and sharing fake news, misleading, untrue or inaccurate information with or without indication of the actual source;
    - Any type of data that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing or defamatory;
    - Adult indecent content, child abuse, unlawful harassment, and misconduct of any kind;
    - Advertising, encouraging or supporting the use and/or sale of any over-the-counter or prescription pharmaceutical substances, recreational (legal and illegal) drugs, including, but not limited to, products used for the production of controlled substances and/or narcotic paraphernalia without the permission of the local government or other authority and without the availability of appropriate documents legalizing such action;
    - Advertising, encouraging or supporting violence of any kind, as well as terrorism;
    - Use of Shared Hosting as a personal file storage (if more than 20% of the disk space used by the client's sites is occupied by files that do not apply to the client's websites);

  2. The Customer Shall:

    - Comply with the requirements of these rules.
    - Provide accurate information about yourself when registering and keep it up to date.
    - Carefully store logins and passwords from billing and control panels. The responsibility for the safety of passwords lies entirely with the client.

  3. The Seller does not provide:

    - Training in basic Internet and hosting technologies, the principles of their operation and working with them.
    - Educating customers on billing functionality and control panels. For this purpose, there is official documentation for these products: BILLmanager, ISPmanager, cPanel.
    - Support for code errors.
    - OS and software support on virtual and dedicated servers.
    - Support for third-party services that are not related to our hosting.
    - Customization of the hosting server according to the individual requests of the client.
    - Backup of data on the Client's servers.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to:

    - Refuse service to the client without reason.
    - Refuse to refund the client in any case.
    - In case of violation of the hosting rules, stop the service.
